Power Gig: Rise of the SixString!
Ths game will let users plug in their real guitar to compete with each other.
An upcoming musical video game lets players strum a real six-string electric guitar instead of tapping buttons on a fake instrument.
But it makes me wonder, will game sales be tiny? If you need to play a real guitar to play the game, surely only people who can will buy the game?

That’s right, Rock Band 3 has been officially announced! Viacom CEO Philippe Dauman has confirmed the title, which has been set for release “this holiday season”.
The announcement came unofficially during a conference this morning, but has been confirmed by various Harmonix staff tweets on Twitter, so don’t worry, it’s not a fake call!
The announcement has also since been announced on Rock Band’s Facebook group, which reads “Harmonix is developing Rock Band 3 for worldwide release this holiday season! The game, which will be published by MTV Games and distributed by Electronic Arts, will innovate and revolutionize the music genre once again, just as Harmonix did with the original Rock Band, Rock Band 2 and The Beatles: Rock Band. Stay tuned for more details!”
Guess we’ll have to wait for any specific news on the games features, but at least we know it’s coming!
